Welcome Sarah Ciccarello
We are pleased to welcome Sarah Ciccarello to the Omnium CPG Advisor team, initially working on the Oatly business. Sarah is a sales and commercial leader with more than 30 years of experience creating growth, crafting strategies, and building talented teams for market leading brands at Clif Bar, Quaker Oats, Pepsico and PowerBar. She has expertise in enhancing organization competencies in revenue growth management, organization design, channel prioritization, broker management, cross-functional collaboration, talent management, account planning and sales execution. During her final three years as EVP of sales at Clif Bar, she guided the sales team through a global pandemic, an enterprise restructure, global supply chain issues, and an acquisition, while delivering record net sales and profit results.
