JOHNNY VALERIOTE
President & CEO
Master's in Computational Mathematics, University of Waterloo
Along with partners Colin R. Davidson and Adam Carter, Johnny founded Omnium with a vision of helping CPG clients succeed with sound business strategy backed by industry experience, mathematics and data science. After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Pure Math and Computer Science as well as a Master's Degree in Computational Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Johnny has spent the last decade consulting in several CPG categories, working closely with clients from Clif Bar to Del Monte, to define their trade strategy, managing P&L, and ensuring their overall success.
COLIN R. DAVIDSON

Colin is a Partner and co-founder of Omnium and received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Responsible for client and content management in Omnium's SF office, Colin utilizes his mathematical modeling and optimization background to achieve client success. He has established himself as the trusted and reliable go-to resource with colleagues and clients, and he gets joy from helping individuals and brands make better decisions.

Armed with a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Adam brings a strong combination of business acumen and data analytics to the Omnium team. Working directly with clients, Adam offers strategic business direction backed by his innate ability to accurately simulate and model the impact of his recommendations. This combination of savvy business sense and mathematical forecasting make Adam a strong asset to Omnium and their valued clients.

Master's in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, University of California, Berkeley
With a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley, Fran leverages her deep background in data analytics, mathematical modelling, and experience in the CPG industry to work closely with Omnium’s clients, helping them define their trade marketing strategy from a data driven perspective. Analyzing historical performance, she strategically builds distribution, pricing, and promotion models.
VLADIMIR SMILJANIC
Sr. Manager, Data Science
Master's in Economics, Econometrics, McMaster University
Vladimir joined the Omnium team in 2019 as a Data Scientist. Along with a Master's degree in Economics from McMaster University, he has deep experience in computer engineering, business intelligence, and data science, which contributed to his impressive retail analytics work on the Organic Valley, Musco, and Frontier Co-op businesses. Vlad also runs a very successful recruiting and training program for our Toronto Office.
MIA ROGERS
Manager, Data Science
Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics and Cognitive Science, University of California, Berkeley
Mia graduated with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Cognitive Science and completed her internship with Omnium in 2020. Her creative thinking and ability to work as a team player, coupled with her studies of Computer and Data Sciences, make her a valuable asset to the Omnium team. She is excited to help Omnium clients achieve their marketing goals.
JASMINE QIN
Sr. Data Scientist
Master’s of Data Science, University of British Columbia
Jasmine completed her Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo before completing a Masters of Data Science at the University of British Columbia. She interned at Omnium in 2020 and was an enormous help on the complex Frontier Co-op business. Jasmine has contributed novel ideas exploring the use of clustering algorithms to aid in SKU rationalization decisions. We are excited to have Jasmine join our Toronto-based team.
Michelle Ko
Data Scientist
Bachelor’s of Statistics, University of Waterloo
Michelle joined Omnium in January 2022 after earning a Bachelor’s in Statistics at the University of Waterloo and completing two internships at Omnium - Fall 2020 and Summer 2021. During her second internship she helped onboard and train the new interns and make the Omnium demand prediction model easier to use - which is especially important in light of current supply chain challenges. Originally from the Vancouver area, Michelle is based in Toronto but is supporting the Omnium San Francisco team.
Henry Grace

Bachelor’s in Physics, University of Waterloo
Henry joined Omnium in June after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s in Physics. He found a lot of what he learned during his Omnium internships in Fall 2019 and Summer 2020 helpful to his coursework - and was eager to join the team full time and continue on the Frontier Co-Op business. Henry is working from the Toronto office.
Diana Constantinescu

Bachelor’s of Mathematics, University of Waterloo
Diana graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2024 with a Bachelor's in Mathematics, specializing in Statistics, Mathematical Optimization, and Operations Research, with a minor in French. She has completed internships at both Omnium offices, San Francisco (Summer 2022) and Toronto (Fall 2023). Diana enjoyed the dynamic nature of the industry and felt valued and supported as an intern. Passionate about client success, she is excited to contribute to work with Johnny on TruFru this year.
Sean Dunbar

Bachelor’s of Computational Chemistry & Applied Math, UC Berkeley
Sean graduated with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 2024. His academic background is both diverse and rigorous, providing a strong foundation for his analytical skills. His internship at Omnium in the Summer of 2023, where he used Benford's Law to predict out-of-stock items, showcased his skills in a collaborative setting. His future career goals include expanding his expertise in applying various data models within the CPG industry, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Lorraine Lin
Data Scientist
Bachelor’s of Mathematics, University of Waterloo
Lorraine graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and a minor in Statistics from the University of Waterloo in 2024. She joined Omnium after completing an internship in Fall 2023, where she gained hands-on experience leading client work. Lorraine was drawn to Omnium for its supportive and dynamic work environment. This year, she will be contributing to the analysis of Elanco, a leading pet pharmaceutical company. Lorraine aims to enhance her data science skills and industry knowledge while considering further education in graduate school.

After obtaining his PHD in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, Bob founded Customer Marketing Group and now acts as a strategic advisor to the Omnium team. Bob offers a breadth of CPG experience along with deep knowledge and skills in mathematics, data analytics and strategic counsel.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing and trade marketing with leaders in the CPG industry such as Quaker, Del Monte and SunFoods, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Omnium team and their clients. As an advisor, John assists in developing new client relationships, managing customer accounts, and providing assistance and counsel to Omnium’s leadership team.
DIANE GIANSANTE

As an advisor to Omnium, Diane brings over 30 years of CPG experience to the table, with expertise in sales, customer relationship management, strategy development and deployment, customer marketing, and broker management and support. Having worked with some of the most successful CPG brands of the past few decades, including Duracell, Gillette and Heinz, Diane is an invaluable asset to the Omnium team, offering her insight and advice to clients, helping them develop winning strategies and tactical execution plans.
RICK COLLINS
CPG Sales & Marketing
Rick has more than 37 years of sales and marketing experience in the food industry. He is a proven, recognized and passionate leader. Rick spent 20 years with The Quaker Oats Company. He continuously rose to greater levels of responsibility in the organization, building extensive experience during his time with Quaker. Following Quaker, Rick spent 15 years with CLIF Bar and Company. At CLIF, Rick led all sales functions and played key roles on the company’s executive leadership team. During his tenure with CLIF, he grew sales and profits more than ten-fold and developed a world-class fact-based selling organization. Rick has experience across all channels of business and is known for building long-term mutually beneficial customer relationships. He is a person of high integrity and strongly believes in teamwork.
HAYDEN PRICE

As a trusted advisor to Omnium clients, Hayden draws upon more than 30 years of diverse CPG experience from DSD sales to business development to headquarter customer marketing/trade planning roles at Nabisco, Pepsico, Diamond Foods and Musco Family Olive Co. His focus is driving profitable growth using a fact-based approach with the goal of driving sales and profit for brands and their retail customers.
SARAH CICCARELLO
CPG Sales & Marketing
Sarah is a sales and commercial leader with more than 30 years of experience creating growth, crafting strategies, and building talented teams for market leading brands at Clif Bar, Quaker Oats, Pepsico, and PowerBar. She has expertise in enhancing organization competencies in revenue growth management, organization design, channel prioritization, broker management, cross-functional collaboration, talent management, account planning, and sales execution. During her final three years as EVP of sales at Clif Bar, she guided the sales team through a global pandemic, an enterprise restructure, global supply chain issues, and an acquisition, while delivering record net sales and profit results.
